Shipping policy

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed and sent to our production partners within 2 business days.

  • Please Note: While we aim for speed, slight delays in processing may occur during high-volume periods or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Locations & Estimates

We currently ship to the UAE, Oman, and India. Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

  • UAE & India: 4–9 business days.

  • Oman: 7–12 business days.

Remote areas may require additional delivery time.

Collo is not liable for any delays in delivery caused by natural disasters, customs clearance processes, strikes, or other events beyond our reasonable control. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

3. Carriers

We utilize trusted carriers to ensure your order arrives safely, including ShiprocketX, Bluedart, and Delhivery.

4. Duties, Taxes & Customs

  • India: No custom duties generally apply for standard orders.

  • UAE & Oman: Your order is shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).

    • You (the customer) are responsible for paying any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes assessed by your country’s customs office upon delivery.

    • Collo is not responsible for delays caused by customs departments.

    • If you refuse to pay these duties and the package is returned, no refund or replacement will be issued.

5. Lost Packages

Collo is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as "Delivered" by the courier.

  • If your tracking states "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please check with your neighbors or building reception first.

  • If the package is lost in transit (tracking has stopped moving for 7+ days), please email us at contact@colloshop.com so we can file a claim on your behalf.
